The first two cards here were for friends who are in Bible Study Fellowship with me. This past week we studied the passage in Isaiah 49 where the Lord is reminding Israel (and us) of His love for them. Verses 15 and 16 say, “Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you, See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.” Both my friends had events this past week where being reminded of God’s love for them would be very encouraging. I had a stamp I picked up at Hobby Lobby awhile back with verse 16 and I used it on their cards. I thought that was rather timely of the Lord!
The above card was for my friend who was marking the sixth anniversary of losing her son. I put the verse on the inside, but did not get a picture.

Wally recently helped Kenny find a red CRV to replace his truck. He found it in on line and it was located in Virginia. A friend of a friend who lived there went and checked out the vehicle for us. This was his “thank you” card! I thought it was kind of cute!
